#6911Only half-profit, should of been a complete hit tho, Lens miss multiple good chances to extend their lead. At least the parlay with Lens DNB hit as well tho, recouped some of losses from UFC last night!Comment -

#6915yeee recouped the losses from KOng and a half of losses from Vinny with those two plays on St Johnstone and Lens today and parlay hitting! Would of made about 300 this wknd from football if not for UFC last nightOriginally posted by sideloadednice! last night was rough!
Usually it's UFC saving my losses from earlier day's betting on soccer!
Also got these two plays pending for next wknd:
Monaco -0.25 A.H. @ +109 away at Bordeaux (not too confident in though, Bordeaux might scrape a draw out of it);
Schalke -1 A.H. @ -101 at home to Hamburger SV...
Schalke have made some solid signings in Goretzka and Szalai. Szalai scored 13 goals in 29 appearances for Mainz last season and will give Schalke another attacking threat alongside Farfan, Draxler, Huntelaar, and Pukki. They've been boosted by Draxler signing a new contract, he's the next big thing in German football. Schalke beat HSV 4-1 at home last season back in April, and HSV have not really improved their team, if anything I think they are weaker than last season as key striker Heung-Min Son (33 apps, 12 goals, 3 assists) has signed for Leverkusen. It appears the only attacking replacement for him is going to be Zoua but he wasn't even a starter in Switzerland for Basel! So their is going to be a lot of reliance on van der Vaart to work his magic. I think Schalke win 2 or 3-1.Comment -

#6917oh really, nice, I turned off at about 83rd min mark. Should of played them straight, they always beat Dinamo, especially at homeOriginally posted by onemoregoalShak won 3-1...
Was just a bit concerned about all the changes in the team, along with Dinamo's team being a lot stronger than last few years

#6919so, looking at futures now, tempted to take *NOT* Juve to win Serie A (sorry, V!) @ +118. Haven't been totally impressed with them this past year, but I was hoping for your input as you are the resident Juve expert on your expectations for this year.
If we get lucky, hopefully the books overrate their offense again this season and we see a good bunch of totals set at 3. Looking forward to a lot of 1-0 style games.Comment -

#6920Well we have added Llorente and Tevez so are offense should only be better than last season - will mean less playing time for one-dimensional Matri and Quagliarella. We haven't looked good in last couple friendlies against Everton and especially LA Galaxy, but I thing the grueling fitness regime that Conte put them through during their camp in Chatillon has taken its toll on them. Likes of Tevez and Llorente have said that they've never trained so hard, and I think Conte's rational is that they will peak by the time season starts nearer to end of August. Also, players like Chiellini, Pirlo and Vidal haven't played full games or at all, and Pogba still isnt back from extended break. In terms of winning the league, I don't really see who can offer a legit threat throughout course of season. Inter haven't really improved their team with any high-quality players - I doubt likes of Campagnaro, Icardi, and Belfodil are going to propel them in to title challengers. Milan haven't signed anybody other than Silvestre (average player), and Poli. I also expect Napoli to suffer without Cavani - Higuain is massively over-rated IMO, at least not worth the 35 mill they've paid for him. Also signed other players that I dont think are that great and may struggle to adapt to Serie A such as Albiol and Callejon. No doubt they will be up there though due to solid home form and Benitez's experience. Then you've got Roma and Fiorentina who could make an outside push. But again Fiorentina have lost Jovetic that could hurt them, and ongoing talks about Ljajic being unsettled and being linked with MIlan. Made a solid signing in Joaquin though and Mario Gomez gives them more of a threat in the box as a finisher, plus Guiseppe Rossi might be finally fit! So have to expect Fiorentina to be a legit challenge for top 3 place this wknd.Originally posted by PuckItso, looking at futures now, tempted to take *NOT* Juve to win Serie A (sorry, V!) @ +118. IMO the main threat to Juve retaining the title will be the Champions League and how far they go in that. If you think they will make it to at least the Quarters then taking Not Juve to Win League at plus odds is potentially +EVComment -

#6921Jong Ajax/Telstar Over 3 goals @ -121...
Jong Ajax playing in the Eerste Divisie this season and face a very average Telstar side. Very tempted to just bet Jong Ajax straight up, but it's hard to tell how they will adapt to playing at a more physically demanding level. This game will be played in the Amsterdam Arena, and I'm sure some of Ajax's squad players will feature like Cillesen, Anderson, Hoesen, Denswil, and Veltman. Also quality youngsters like Lobotka, and de Sa. Hopefully there will be a stream of this, and if Ajax are looking good then will make a live-bet on Ajax ML or -0.75 live.Comment -

#6922Juventus should win the league again next season. They didn't lose any key players and strengthen their attack which imo is their weakest area. The top 2-6 position competition will be more interesting. Napoli will ditch their 3-5-2 for a 4-2-3-1 with Rafa Benitez while Inter will finally have an expert 3-5-2 tactician in Walter Mazzarri.
I love the signings that Fiorentina made and definitely see them as a strong contender for the 2nd spot. As a Milan fan, they made ok signings but I don't like the obsolete formation they will be using. Hopefully they can be able to sign Honda(whom I think is crucial to the formation) and Ljajic before the transfer window closes.Comment -

#6923Random question, how good are Torino these days?
They are home to Appollon Limassol who went down 7-0 to Fiorentina and have had goals in most of their friendlies, i think cypriot side has no money - most are fukked.Comment -
