Lol no way is he good at trading or buying players. Everyone in the who watches football knows what kind of players he needs to bring in yet he remains stubborn and trys to get cheap good value players a lot of whom are not up to the standard the club has.
I think what the guy above means is that he is great at developing young players. What the board should do is let arsene run the youth academy and let someone else manage the team.

I agree, he brings some crap players! I think he'll do well finding talents and developing them so Arsenal will have great player ready for the big team with another coach!
