Oddsportal is definitely the best out there when it comes to standard odds.
If you're looking for props/exotics you might want to check out oddschecker.com as well. A lot less bookies on there though.Comment -

Nothing that I know of. Betshoot does have a handy dropping odds tracker though which also shows trade volumes on Betfair.Comment -
To see percentages you need to look at betting exchanges volume by side per match.
Best way I know of to see where the $ is.
