Wenger needs to buy players with balls not pussies. He is just a businessman nowadays anyways. Arsenal makes tons of money and paying off that stadium is priority number 1. They were missing a lot of guys today.

He simply needs someone to replace Fabregas, RVP scores a lot of goals with players like Van der vaart around him in Holland, those are the types Arsenal need.

Arsene Wenger needs to be fired. Then, with a new coach, buy a creative midfielder who can score goals and make assists (Sneijder f.e.) and a good goalie (they should have bought Stekelenburg, now Roma). I don't get why they are still sleeping on Ruiz (Twente) also..

Sign players... and thats what he dones. Their next match is a favourable matchup at home to Swansea and a comfortable victory in that game would get their season started. Top 4 is a requirement for Wenger and Arsenal this season.

I believe we will win the next 3 matches, considering the clubs that were up against and there current form. although it will take a while for the new players to gel since there will be international matches going on all week , Arteta, already knows the pace of the epl and should be match ready but I'm sure Metersaker and andr santos should be match fit as well as park. We are still to find out if they will all make debuts on match day 4 on september 10th we are a bit short in the midfield and the back due to injuries. All and all its the beginning of the season only 3 games in.

I read that Chu-Young Park within 2 years must return to South Korea to do mandatory military service, that´s why he chose Arsenal over Lille, its his chance to play for a bigger club before his career might end. His only way out is if South Korea comes in third place or better in the Olympic games next summer.
That´s tough to know when you finally have made it into the big leagues!

Goalkeeper and some good defenders!!
Attack and scoring has never been a problem for Arsenal under Wenger and he can spot attacking talent a mile off. Arteta is a good signing and Wilshere shows a lot of promise. Wenger can always be trusted to bring in some French/African or teenager with flair. But Arsenal have lacked that stability at the back. Lehman was a nutter, Almunia is not good enough and the central defense has changed each year. vermaelen and Mertesacker might help, but goalie is still a problem.

Arsenal have money. Nasri + Fab does not equal Mertesaker, Arteta and Park Chu-Young.
But, to answer the OP question...Arsenal just need to win a game. They don't have to play Liverpool and Man Utd each week. They are in the Champions League proper. This is still a very good squad with some incredible young midfielders (Ramsey, Wilshere, Frimpong, Miyaichi). The young keeper is also a good player. Wenger is set in his ways and will not be leaving anytime soon.

Defenders and goalie.. they just lost Vermaelen for at least a month. So now their number one is out and new signing Mertesacker is gonna have to lead the line.
Arteta needs to settle quick, suddenly Saturday at home to Swansea starts to have a tiny doubt.. I fully expect Arsenal to win, but still...

Arsene wenger have just lost it,he keep telling us that his boys will later be men and continuity and catch them young is the best.we all waited for fab, wilshere, nasri to grow into men and instead of rewarding our patience,he have now sold fab and nasri ,clichy[,imagine the wall when rooney is about to take that freekick] and only GOD have the answer on why walcoth and willy didnt follow suit.one question i will keep on asking is this,is arsenal wenger a football manager of a team competing for trophies or youth team manager nurturing talent for big sales.the board can't sack him because the are not posting any loss and how would they when you acquire a player for 500k and sold him for for 39m.now the lines have moved and at the end of the season they may not be able to play europa league qualifierslet him first tell us his job before i could come up with ideas

Arsenal have a half decent forward line, Wenger justs need to start from the back and work his way up, first off instead of keep looking for continental defenders he needs to get a couple of bread and butter CB's in, there's plenty in the Championship who will do a no nonsense job, that first goal conceded against United in the 8-2 drubbing was a disgrace and the pre cursor to what was about to happen, Arsenals foundations when they had a great team was built on a solid no nonsense defence and Wenger seems to have forgotten that.
They also need a holding midfielder, Palacios would have done a great job for them but he's not the fancy footballer Wenger seems to like.
