Can anyone explain why there are two totals? I just want to bet that it'll go over 2.5.

Yes.
If it's over 2/2.5, if 3 or more goals or scored, you win the whole bet.

+0,25 means you are playing your bet half stakes on the pk (pick) and half stakes on the +0,5.Comment -
It's asian handicap. If you take the +1/4, it means that half of your stake is on the game PK and the other half is on +1/2
In the event of a draw, you would get a PUSH/WIN (so win 50% of your original bet)
If the underdog loses the match, say 1-0, then you would get a LOSS/LOSS and lose the amount you wagered.Comment -
