Hey beeps, nice with Queretaro advancing they deserve it. Was thinking about the Santos-Jaguares game tonight and particularly about the chances of the game going over like it did last time. Santos at home look solid and Jaguares dont look so high scoring on the road, do you think they will go for the win as Santos have 2 away goal or is that rule not relevant in Mexico?

Mexico has the dumbest rule, instead of using away goals they use higher seed in the playoffs as the tiebreaker, in this instance it shouldn't matter too much as Santos got the 2 goals on the road. I like Santos at home but going to wait until lineups come out for this one.

In fact here the key factor are not goals away or home, but it's the position on the table!

So here for example a 0-0, 1-1, 2-2, any draw is good for Santos, cause there wont be needed extra times, penaltis and nothing like that.

Santos advances with a win, or a draw cause of the position on the table, they ended 4th, and Jaguares 5th, Jaguares need to win to advance.

For Pachuca is even more difficult, they lost at home 0-1, and even if they win today 0-1 on the road, they will be out, cause Tigres was 3dr and they were 6th.

If they aren't going to have away goals as a tiebreaker than at least go to extra time but this stupid rule really must change

Tigres-Quereataro should be interesting later on. Both teams have played stellar defense, I'm leaning the under but I'm afraid if Tigres gets up in this one Gallos Blancos will push forward needing 2 goals and get picked apart

Hopefully Tigres just sits back in the 2nd half, they're okay with a draw. I'm worried that Gallos Blancos will get hit on the counter for some goals. It's a pisser with that own goal, especially right before the half
