yes, started last week.
German football association wants to promote BULI2, so they get more attention for a few weeks. Not all teams are happy though due to shortened regeneration times.

Thanks again. I can see their theory behind that, giving that apart from the Copa America there's only uncompetitive games on TV at the moment here in the UK.

The Scottish League started this weekend, but their excuse was to help them be more competitive in European competitions... the SFA failed to realise they need to improve the standard of their teams/players first
