Euro teams and friendly matches

I have a question about England/Spanish teams playing in North American in friendly matches... do these Euro teams give at least 50-70% effort in these matches or none at all against obvious inferior teams because they don't want to risk injury? Just curious


And does the Whitecaps have a chance against Man City tonight?

Most of the MLS teams will lose, but there's no point in wagering on these matches.

The lineups, playing time and # of substitution make it impossible to gauge the European teams performance.

Man City should roll over the Whitecaps with their back up team, but good luck finding out who is going to play before hand. The team could also be distracted by this Carlos Tevez saga.

I take the overs in most of these as long as they don't surpass three. These are meant to be a show for the fans who get to see some Euro players. Not that I think the MLS guys tank and let them score, but the class difference is evident in most of these. For the most part, I think these matches will usually find three goals and push. Of course there are exceptions as always.

Not for long 2-1 Man City. At first I was going to play Man City with the juice, but found out whitecaps were 2-0 all time vs Man City so it was a no play for me. I still don't regret not playing cuz it wasn't worth the stress since they were leading til the 70th minute.
