    Womens World Cup Betting question
    New to betting soccer games, so i hope this makes sense.

    If i were to bet the US women to win striaght up and the game ends in a tie, but the US women win in the shoot out, would i lose the bet since they did not win in regulation?

    Simple rule for sports that go to overtime , if you see the option for the tie , usually it's displayed 1 x 2 market, the "x" being the tie , you'll lose the bet if the outcome is decided in ot or shootouts. If you don't see a tie option usually it includes ot. 60 min hockey games and soccer bets are usually 1 x 2 market

      It depends on the book.
      For example 5Dimes has2 options..

      USA -()
      Jamap()
      Draw()
      That means 90 Min plus 2, 3 minus they add for injuries..THATS IT..
      If there is a tie..at the end of 90 min +2,3 min for injuries,and you have USA or Japan...you lose..

      They also have a bet: TEAM TO WIN WORLD CUP
      USA-()
      JAPAN-()
      This bet includes 2 extra periods and penalty kicks if necessary.
      You lay a lot more Juice in this scenario.
