    Asian handicap
Can someone help me understand what the asian handicap is?? Is it like betting ATS, where you bet the favorite at -0.5 and the underdog at +0.5 instead of betting the moneyline?? Thank you!

No. -0.5 is like betting the ML. Any win after 90 minutes + injury time cashes this bet.

When you bet the +0.5 if the team you backed wins or draws the game cashes the bet. So you are basically betting on that team not to lose.

So what is the difference between betting, for example, USA women at -0.5 @ -104 and the moneyline at +101? thanks again.

No difference. Bet the best line ML +101. As long as US wins in 90 min + injury time they are both winners.
