Costa Rica sending mostly young players as a late addition to the tournament. Don't see them being any worse then the group that they sent to the Gold Cup. Some of these guys actually also played in the Gold Cup. I think the value lays in CR because the books don't really know what to expect from these guys

I think Brazil will certainly win, but just looking at previous results Brazil has struggled in the last 3 opening games for them in Copa America. Losing 2, and just winning by 1 in the other. Same thing with the WC for them, just barely getting by against teams they should crush. Cesar Farias coached the U-20 team in the 2009 WC . A lot of these guys are on the team now as well and he led them out of the group stage then. Who knows, maybe he can work some magic here as well.

Basically, looking at this game, I see Paraguay just much better on the offensive side of the ball. Ecuador is yet to win a game in 2011.

Think this might be a bit of a trap line with Mexico coming off the gold cup victory. The Mexican team is young as it is, but a lot of them were also sent home after the Ecuador game. Chile is great with Sauzo and Sanchez and they have a great midfield. I think this game will be played in front of the Mexican goal and Chile will have a lot of chances to win this game.

Uruguay -1 (-124) to win 1 unit @ 5dimes

The other 2 big favorites struggled, but I dont think that's likely for Uruguay. Too much firepower up front for them. Peru's missing there best attacking players.

Based on what I saw against Bolivia the other night...no reason to think they win Argentina wins by one. They've got some gaping holes in there defense so its possible they might give one up too.

The teams were just kind of getting into the "groove" the first couple games but you can see a lot of these teams that were expected to do well have actually started playing well together.
