it should be more like 2,2-2,3 on france an 3,1 to 3,2 for ivory coast

part of the reason could be because people just bet on france because they think they are a soccer powerhouse. While a lot of casual fans don't know how good the ivory coast is.

I've watched this tournament a lot and I think there is excellent value on Ivory Coast here. France are a very individualistic side who should still probably be small favourites against IC who are ridiculously reliant on S Coulibaly but at these prices I fancy my chances.
