I think the thing here has to be with 2 factors

1.- Mexico right now has a decent team with a lot of guys in Europe
2.- CONCACAF teams right now suck! There are just 2-3 team that have a normal level to play, Honduras, Costa Rica and USA. And Costa Rica was smashed today,, USA is playing bad now and Honduras just can't stop Mexico.

But Mexico has always been like that in CONCACAF, the real Mexico will be shown as always on the WC, they always go there and always fail to go through 1/8.

i agree mexico is a young and growing team with lots of players over seas. and it seams that they are only geeting stronger and will continue to porduce great players. I think the gold cup is mexicos 100% the real test will come next month when they face with harder compitition in Copa America

Here u are wrong! Mexico will go with a U-22 team, this cause CONCACAF told them that they can be playing both tournaments, especially cause they don't belong CONMEBOL.

So to Copa America wont go the Mexico full squad and they can have just 5 guys of the big team.

I know! But u say the real test will be in Copa America, but if they're not full squad so they can be really judged cause of that.

GOld Cup I also agree is 95% of Mexico unless some real strange thing happen they should win easily this one.
