Anyways I am gonna start with Uruguay vs Holland match.

I am taking Uruguay pk at 1.719, just looking at the line up of the 2 teams, Uruguay at least gets a draw.

Romania vs Paraguay

Romania +1 at 1.943. I don't know if Romania is underrated or Paraguay is overrated, maybe both. I think this is a very safe bet. Paraguay is not the kind of that scores a lot.
