Manchester City don't give time for their squad to settle at all. Player changes are constantly happening every single transfer window. Just when the team looks to be a little consistent like the second half of last season, they go and try and bring more superstars that will most likely flop to the club.

They already have a huge squad with quality (ok,replace Tevez if he leaves) so they need to stabilize what they have at their disposal and THEN strengthen if necessary.
