Going BIG on Chelsea this weekend

I faded them home and away against United for a good bit of cash but I really like them to win here. They will be rearing to go to make sure they secure a Champs League spot for next year and there is a lot of pressure on some of the older players to perform. West Brom are a decent side but I cant see anything but a chelsea win. Eventhough odds aren't great but I advise you all to follow me in on this.

You might be right, the only thing that is convincing me is that Chelsea has a perfect record against West Brom in the last 8 league games home and away.

I have never thought of that, thanks mate. They are not completely safe, but obviously, they would like to reach the 40 point mark. That might work against you.

I am never a big fan of fading a team that has nothing to play for. Basically, that means teams at table pos 9th - 14th (Newcastle, West Brom, Fulham, stoke, sunderland, Aston Villa) should just take a vacation right now. THey are too far from europa or champs league berth and pretty safe from relegation. Chelsea has also very little motivation. They are almost guaranteed for champs league berth and there is really very little point in experimenting torres and drogba together. They tried it a few times it just doesn't work. There is really no reason to back Chelsea right now. They really look out of sync. I would backing west brom or skip this match altogether.

Jamesk, I disagree about Chelsea having nothing to play for. Their players and manager are all fighting for their jobs and losing to United will have really stung. They will surely want to bounce back strong. Everyone has a different view and i respect yours, but imho, this is a very solid play.

Chelsea has been very consistent when it pertains to not living up to expectations this season. No reason for me to believe they will suddenly resurrect themselves now. I suggest either laying off Chelsea for the rest of the year, or fading them. Betting on them hasn't done anything but disappoint whoever backed them. Just my opinion.
