A injury prone Palermo will take on Cescena today who are fighting relegation. Palermo will be without a number of their starting players, among those the likes of Ilicic and Pastore. Cescena will not want to be relegated after they've just been newly promoted into the league, combine these factors and I cannot see Cescena losing in Sicily.
