Yeah I try my best to get on the computer at 3pm on Saturdays too for some live betting! Its the way forward I think. I try to follow this guy for live betting updates on Twitter - whenever he posts his they seem to come in (plus Ive bookmarked his blog which is a worthwhile read)

Additionally, dont take it as a offence. But betting with sites other than trading based sites is pretty much burning monnies. The vig live betting sites take is absolutely insane.

Betfair is better because it is a trading site. You are not playing against the site but playing against people who match your bet. Thus, you have an 100% efficient market. The only downside is that you pay 5% commission when you win. However, the more bets commission you pay the lower it gets. The minimum is 2.2%
Other sites ask for a sick VIG. Just calculate it but i would guess it is between 5-10%. bet 365 already uses a 5% vig pregame. Since in game offering odds is more difficult i am pretty sure they add up some vig. The action seeking junkies dont really see the vig and just bet.

I got you. Well that's why most of the times I use bet365. I like to bet on those ''special bets''
A team to score, B team to score in the 1st half, Clean sheet for A team, Number of corners in next ten minutes, number of goals in next 15 minutes etc etc. They have a very diverse market.
As to BetFair - can't really comment on it and their VIG philosophy... I actually have an account there but somehow I cannot remember using it, although I'm certain I mos def have. The thing is, I don't have that much sports-betting time every month. There are periods when I can freely and thoroughly dive into watching matches or statistics so that's why I don't pay that much attention to VIG (albeit I understand it really can be and is important to majority of bettors) The thing is I bet a decent amount of money on my bets so it goes like this - either I lose big or I win big, that so called comisson money takes a minor importance.
