Scamming usually implies some benefit to the scammer. He is doing nothing more than freely posting his picks and 'saying' that they are from fixed matches. He is not getting a dime from my bet, "The Greek" might be.

If he starts a saying that he sells fixed game picks then it could be but not until.

Today's game will be very interesting. Now, it's certainly not unheard of for awful teams to pick up points on the road against much better teams, but to pick two such instances in full confidence and succeed on both... well that certainly merits a little bit of thought.

Do I believe fixed matches occur? Yep. Do I believe he knows of them and THEN would POST them? Dubious.

No real difference in his telling us matches are fixed and someone else coming on here touting a record of winners and begging us to pay for their system winners. Except the money involved.
