Just saw the highlight at half... wierd.

I remember an obvious under goals total in Italy 2 years ago. Basically both sides of the team were walking around and holding possession until the final whistle.

This is kinda the opposite... they get close to goal and then miss the simplest of chances. It looks like they are doing it on purpose. Like I say, either that or they are just incredibly rubbish! But this is the 2 best teams in Russia
