youre looking at this game from a general perspective... Chelsea might not be in the greatest form but when playing MNU, they will play like before - its all in the mentality... even low teams play better vs MNU, thats because the NAME persuades them to do better...

Chelsea lost to Liverpool due to 2 factors: 1) the Torres situation - they relied on him which is never good and 2) they have NOTHING to prove to Liverpool...

I know MNU quite well and I think the only way they can win this game is if Chelsea gets a RED and early... otherwise, MNU will lose this game... but... THEY WILL destroy Chelsea at home.

The other game seems unbettable to me and it could really go either way. With this game I expect Roma to play a wide open game which will leave Shakhtar some chances to score. Roma has been completely inconsistent at the times. Shakhtar has a great home field advantage as well.

You've got to like the home field advantage. They've played great in Europe as well this year, just losing one game (there first game). I like this more then the pick, even with a draw theres a chance to win (chance to lose too I guess)

Taking them as a pick is a straight up -200 so this seems like just good value. Ajax has been very good at home, and I've noticed (sadly) that a lot of these Russians teams are playing pretty poorly away from home in Europe.

Koln has been hot at home the last 5 or 6 games, but hard to ignore there home record and just overall record before that. Hannover outright the better team and I believe they should be at least able to get a draw here.

Bayern hasn't been running that great this year (including in bundesliga) but Inter has been terrible for Champions League on the road, giving up 8 goals in just 3 games. They have a few injuries as already mentioned Pazinni cup tied in this one. Inter will be pressing too for a much needed goal, so I can see a lot of chances opening up for Bayern on the counter.

Bayern could win but keep in mind that Inter are a completely different side MENTALLY with Leonardo which should not relate to their away form earlier in the CL group stages.

A decent amount of people not playing for Arsenal today but I still like what seem to be favorable odds. If I remember right in there first game West Brom completely outplayed them for 75% of the game and that at the end they turned it around and nearly got a point out of it. Possibly a carryover?

Both these teams seem to be only beating former USSR countries right now. But Austria can string some wins together at home and the big thing for me is Belgium has won 5 away from home games in the last 5 years or so. I will admit that they have won there last 2, including one against Russia. But I think this game is where they come back to reality in terms of there road woes.

I don't agree with what was said earlier. I think Russia thinks they are better then the former USSR teams in a lot of sports because they are actually better. I really think that they only get up for tough games and the games that they should probably win they either barely get by or lose outright. Taking Armenia here because Russia has been struggling of late especially on the road. The friendlies are another story, but nearly blowing a 3-0 lead to Ireland. Barely getting by Andorra. I expect a draw here but Russia could def put at least one in so being cautious.
