I dont think Roma have it all together and with rumours of division in the room i think Shaktar is the type of outfit that could pull out a result in Rome on wednesday. This should be the type of game where Shaktar will get chances on the counter and finding one or two should be enough. Thoughts

The Ukrainian league ended 2 months ago, but they have been taking part in some other tourney in Spain where they got some form back.

It's a coin flip between them, Shaktar shouldn't be +320 more like +150 so it is a good value bet.

Shaktar haven't been impressive at all in their first games after the European winter break this past decade. Out of the 5 times they made it that far (all in the UEFA Cup btw) they managed to get 1 win, 2 draws and 2 losses. The win and both draws were home games, both losses were away games.

Shaktar should have a shot. Definitely a live dog.

Still, AC Milan had a good rehearsal (4-0) win and lost. Roma had a bad rehearsal (0-2 loss), and may play well tonight. Haven't decided yet how to play this one. May play it as 1-0 and 1-1, with a possible halftime hedge.

At my bookie Shakhtar is not a favorite to advance. It's Bwin.
