I dont get how you can be a pk and a +1/2 at the same time. do they have diff odds? how does when choose which to play?

any help would be appreciated

In the lines you posted I see a different price for each line... so I would probably need to see a clearer image of a line you think is connected.

But when a PK and +0.5 are together (with 1 price) it means your money will be split in half. So a draw for PK/+0.5 would mean you cash half your bet and the other half is a push.
