Fulham is not an easy team to beat at home. I would strongly consider not betting on this game at all unless I was leaning to lay a small amount on Fulham with those great odds. The PK line pays 2.5-1 and a draw won't cost ya. Chelsea has been really disappointing this season as well, after that amazing start they had.

Fulham's D is solid; they've allowed 8 goals in the last 10 games. Chelsea still have lots of problems.
