He will be the boss(giving lead) about the techical part of a club (youth/transfers etc.)

That club is his first love Ajax, and nothing is confirmed yet about Cruyff's new role.

I told you guys a few days ago, cuz I had some information.Yesterday Ajax confirmed that Cruijff is back at Ajax leading the technical platform at our club also with Piet Keizer (great winger winning Europa League I, 3 times at Ajax in one team with Cruijff, some in the Netherlands name Piet Keizer to even been better then Johan, but I dont think so. Also they are talking now about him getting into the supervisory board, i'm thinking this will go trough also.

Cruijff have asked Hiddink to become to technical director. If he declines they are looking at Co Adriaanse or maybe Louis van Gaal (which I doubt, Cruijff and Van Gaal aren't friends)
