Layin the draw line at Betfair?
When you "back" the draw line this means your betting the game to end in a draw. If your "laying" the draw line isn't this your betting the game not to draw???

yes. laying something is basically the opposite of the outcome .

lay draw = home or away win
lay 0:0 = game does not end 0:0
    lay under 2.5 = back over 2.5
    etc.

Thanks, in todays Barcelona game thelay odd for the draw before the game were 11 decimal or +1000. When Barcelona took a 2-0 lead the "lay" draw line was 100 or +9900 money line.

So if I bet the "lay draw line at +9900 this mean I am betting a +9900 that the gane wont end in a draw??? This seems to good to be true

No, you have to bet $99 to win $1 if it doesn't end in a draw.

Just imagine you are the bookie when laying. If you are taking on someone who wants to bet on the draw at 99/1... they put $1 against the bookies $99.

Betfair have great introductory courses that they even pay you $50 to attend (in Australia at least) http://betting.betfair.com/education/

Will really help getting your head around the basics.

with laying you are playing the 'bookie', u got to think reversed. the lower the lay is, the better.

if a lay is at 11 it means that to win 1 u need to pay 10 (11 minus stake). that is the opposite of pay 1 and win 10. it is called liability.

edit: optional beat me to it.

Nothings too good to be true from these bookmakers, read the rules before you bet anything.
