Lyon is stronger at home than away. They won against schalke 04 by 3 goals and benfica as well... if we follow the logic Lyon might score more than 2 goals so your pick is quite interesting.

You have to take into account that Lyon won't satisfy if they are in 2nd place as it will mean they will have to face stronger teams like Barça and co. So they want the first place, so I expect a large victory.

On the other way, Schalke will try to win not to lose the first place in case of Lyon's victory.... if Schalke win in the first half, Lyon might lose motivation and stop playing well as they are already qualified at the second place...

I watched Hapoel vs Benfica two weeks ago, Hapoel simply sucks, they were so lucky in that game that Benfica had 10+ (not exaggerating) good chances but couldnt finish it, the only thing that worries me is that Lyon can be content with a win, and not run up the score to cover -1 1/2. I have them on ML parlayed with NE Patriots (American Football) from last night.
