Live bets at halftime - need opinions...

On my site I have two games that I can play during the course of live action.

Unfortunately, no one has scored in either game, so it makes it a little tough.

The games are:

Werder Bremen V FC Twente

and

Hapoel Tel Aviv V Schalke 04

In the Werder/Twente game, here are my options:

Over 1.5 goals @1.83
Under 1.5 goals @1.83
Werder to win @2.10
Draw @2.60
Twente to win @4.00

In the Hapoel/Schalke game, here are my options:

Over 1.5 goals @2.35
Under 1.5 goals @1.53
Hapoel to win @3.75
Draw @2.30
Schalke to win @2.50
No Goals @3.25

I'm looking for the best play of these, and was hoping someone who knows what they're talking about can offer an opinion.

Please also note that I have Schalke to win (separately).
