William Hill total score/first scorer payout

I had two bets on, both Arsenal 4-0, one with Nasri to score first, one with Chamakh to score first

Neither started, so does that void the whole bet (Scorecast) or does the bet count as a double, and therefore just the first goal scorer is void (and therefore I win the odds for 4-0 on both)?

I think that the player has to take part in the game. Neither did so I think the bets on 1st scorer will be voided. Not sure how this will play since you have the 0-4 correct score. Best to contact William Hill directly.
