Bet should NOT be voided just like your bet shouldn't be voided if a star player's mom died the morning of and can't play at his best.

A bet is a bet. You bet on whether Team A will win or lose considering all factors.

You handicap it by including a variable for how corrupt the participating countries are. Or just always betting against Africans.
