my bets are not accepted

I try today to place some bets for soccer with my existings points but i cannot.Why?It shows a message your limit has exceed but looks eveything to be ok.

Risk Amount To Win Amount Wager Amount

these options are right under the - Cancel Wager and Continue buttons, i think you ticked the To Win Amount instead of Risk Amount
