Corluka probably starts in the middle.

Gomes might be back, doesn't matter cuz Cudicini is in form right now IMO.

Defoe is out, Keano is wasting way too many opportunities. The only bright spot I see on the Home side is Bale Crouch and Van Der Vaart, not sure if that will be enough.

Twente features a very beatable defense and a below average keeper.

Depends on the visiting side tactics, if they open up, i'm sure we'll see a goals galore.

Seriously though, I think they can...these games usually go like this, Twente shock and surprise early, get up 1 or 2-0...then Tottenham spends the next 65 minutes fighting back and end result is a 1-1 or 2-2 draw. JMO...good luck guys!!
