    WED A-League
Melbourne victory are playing 3 days after their last match against Wellington. Melbourne are paying 2.08, while Wellington are 4.30. Wellington have a good midfield and Ifill up front, while Melbourne are without key leg-breaker Muscat in defence.
The odds for Wellington are too juicy to ignore and the 3 day turnaround makes Melbourne fade material IMO.

    Leaning Wellington Phoenix @ $4.30

Wellington don't have a great strike force, they will not win big, they get most of their goals from the midfield... + Melbourne in a similar position... struggling up front.. no action for me tonight, hard to bet on my own team.. apparently the game was woeful. never wise to fixture a game with only 3 days rest.

It was pretty abysmal play from both sides; I nearly switched it off at half time, but I had some on Wellington (like others) to get over a Victory side that played in a second half spurt on the weekend, and would have to rearrange itself after the Muscat injury. So I kept watching, through my fingers :

After the first 10 minutes, I thought the Phoenix were going to win 2-0 or 3-0...
