Hamburger SV - FC Nürnberg
FC Nürnberg will be in though position at the end of the season fighting to stay in 1st league, this match wont bring them no new points because Hamburger squad is to strong for them with van Nistelrooy in top form (comparing with last season) and other key players like Pitroipa, Guerrero, Elia, Zé Roberto.
Three points are staying at Hamburg.

Home team coach has some problems with getting his squad together, main problem is first goalkeeper Pouplin who is not ready for todays match so they will play with second goalie which means advantage for Stuttgart. Also new key player in this season, Italiano Camoranesi, will debit today and will show all the best that he knows.

Bayern (M) - Werder Bremen
After shocking loss against new 1st league team Kaiserslauternu (2:0), Bayern with names like Ribery, Olić, Müller and Schweinsteiger shouldn't loose at full Allianz Arena infront of their fans, even if Werder is always though opponent and pain in the ass, three points will stay at home.

Maribor - Primorje
Maribor is 2nd team on table with 3 points behind Domžale who has two games more (they won yesterday) and with this in mind players will give everything they got to stay on top after this round because they know that only winning insures them championship title and playing in europa next season which is their goal in every season and they were close to Europa League this year, very close. Primorje is strong team which is great at playing bunker at away games but this could mean "the end" before game is even started because Maribor bought some great player and form of all players is excellent, only minor problems with injuries. I can't see how Primorje could defend their goal from Tavares, Rep and Volaš.

Stoke City vs Aston Villa

After 3 games played Stoke City is still without points at the bottom of table therefor my pick is Aston Villa PK. History is also on Villa's side but I wouldn't relay on that "fact" only. Villa has new manager Gerard Houllier who came into the club with high expectations, on the other side, Stoke has three newbies Eidur Gudjohnsen, Jermaine Pennant and Marc Wilson which could cause troubles to Villas players but I don't think this will help them that much.

I've read on (forgot where, I'll post link if I will found it) statements of players that they are playing football(I hate word soccer) with or without manager because they know they will need every point at the end of the season and that they will give everything they got to win this one and todays victory would be "welcome gift" to new manager.

On another forum I've found this, which is exactly what I think...

I would think that it is time to back Villa here. It sounds crazy, but Stoke away is best team to play with. Villa started this season on the same note - despite changing coach, tactics are the same - their football based on counter attacks and long balls to pacy forwards. Last year they got 9 away wins (only Chelsea and MU had better record as i remember) and 8 home wins (it's 12-13 result in the league). It means, that Villa can't break the sides which parking bus in front of 18 yard box, but can easily unlock teams who push forward.
Despite some great signings, i don't think that Stoke will start to play brilliant football (they need to gel), but one thing is sure - Stoke won't sit deep at home and they need to go forward. And this is chance for Agbonlahor, Young and co to fin the winner.

No. Not Under 3 but Under 2.5. Under 3 could get a push but I realistically don't see less than 3 goals with the defenses that'll be on parade here. One thing you should know is that you can't have a goalless 1H between Bayern and Roma. That's simply impossible. So you'll automatically have at least 1 goal in the 1H. You also can't have a goalless 2H here. So you automatically have a minimum of 2 goals for the game. I can't go Under 2.5 in a game that'll yield a minimum of 2 goals.

Oh sorry then I was thinking about under 3. One goal in each half works for me Like you said, first half will be important.
My bookie doesn't offer under 2,5 on this one, so under 3 is "safe" bet I think.

good luck. watching bayern now, heres my view

i think bayern has like 70-80% ball possession.
frickin roma only defending with 9 men and one attacker. so boring and destructive - i hate italian style of play (like inter milan last season).

decado your view is fine, your capping is not, because you fooled your self (you're bayern fan) =) We knew that Roma will be playing defensive with few counter attacks. Also I watched Bayern - Bremen match and they weren't any better. This is why I was on under 3 goals but then when I was left with only 2,5 I was thinking that it could be 1-1 and high possibility of last minute goal and picked over 2,5.

I hope that Arsenal score again so it won't be any loss.
