Soccer Betting Questions

I'm pretty new to betting soccer on a regular basis, but have noticed that it offers quite a lot of scalping opportunities. I have noticed that the English Premier League lines tend to move a lot more than some of the other European Leagues(French, German, Dutch) so far. Is that generally the case? Which leagues tend to see a lot of betting volume and price movement besides the EPL?

I find the Serie A lines can do some crazy things and move a lot. The books also often play games with their lines when it comes to agreed draws between mid table teams.
