Hi,

According to your post i suppose you backed the draw in this game and won with a 2-2 final result.
But i have to clarify that i traded this game and my first bet was LAYING the DRAW that means betting against the draw.
I was able to do it at 3.8 odds and closed my trade in the 60th minute when Ajax lead 2-0 with BACKING the DRAW (that means betting for the draw) at odds 32.

I am happy that you won with a 4.0 draw odds

What i do is trading in-play and this area is where i make most of my picks.

Alright, a profitable misunderstanding then.

To be honest I just skimmed through your latest blog post.

But now I have read the blog more carefully and I like it.

I will definitely follow it and try some trading myself.

I also use Betfair but have only traded tennis so far, I always thought football was too risky. I will look for your next bets and perhaps give it a go too.

Hi Anders,

thank you very much for your post. By selecting the matches i study form, the ability of the favourite team to score goals. Timing of the goals is also very important, thats why i use half-time tables for my analysis. Most of all i select home teams with a draw odds about 5.0.
Ajax was an exception i expected them to score in the first round of the Eredivisie. Hope this helps and wish you profitable trades!
