Omonia game will be at very hot weather (95-100) and Salzburg lost twice last year to Maccabi of Israel (similar weather summer conditions as Cyprus is only 100 miles from Israel. Also Rapid Vienna lost to another team from Cyprus last year and the year before.

Zenit should be in better shape with their league already in progress for a few months now and their opponents just started. Not sure if Unirea can outscore Zenit.

Gent has value as +1.5 since there is not that much difference in quality between Belgian and Ukrainian leagues.

good thoughts, esp on omonia. I watched red bull games twice, they got many problems away homefield. can't be trusted. they may keep the score tightly, 0-1 could be accepted and wait for next round at home.

Zenit should win against Unirea, they have more official games played lately and are riding a wave of form in Russia. Unirea has only played two games this season, losing the supercup on penalties and making a draw away at a pretty poor team. They are far from the form they were in previous seasons and a team at full throttle like Zenit should be able to hurt them. What is even worse is that Unirea will be without their playmaker, Apostol and an important holding midfielder, Gomez.

Not very exotic. These are the big clubs in their respective leagues. And as far as being bettable... early in the tourney is when to make money. more disparity between clubs. Some leagues in full swing while some leagues are on break.
