Van Bronchorst against Uruguay was really good. It was his last in this level also which is making it even more remarkable. Pitty that Holland did not win this time.

Skill wise it would have to be Maicon's goal. Not only is he a defender but he had an impossible angle.

The Wesley Sneijder 2nd goal against Brazil was pretty sweet. It was the corner for the Dutch that a Dutch player whipped off the back of his neck right onto the head of Sneijder. Mistake or skill, it was a nice one-two.

Diego Forlan free kicks for goals .... nothing better. He was the only guy in South Africa who had a great feel for the ball in those situations.

Not just him, Honda from Japan had by far the best free kick goal in the World Cup. I think Forlan and the Japanese were the only ones who figured out the dead ball.

Best goal has to go to Maicon, the angle pretty much makes it impossible for anyone else to attempt that goal. Bronckhorst's goal was amazing but left backs always take shots like that, that time Bronkchorst was in the right position and the moment went right for him.
