I've got U21.5 red cards for the World Cup, and trying to figure out where that stands right now. The only source I could find was the Fifa one, but it doesn't show when it was updated. By my count, there's been 7 "yellow-red" cards, and 9 red cards to get 16. So can't have more than 5 yellow/red cards given between the Final and Consolation games.
