If Germany loses tomorrow they may score 4 against Uruguay because the 3rd place games are usually high scoring. Your best bet is if Germany game goes 0-0 into ET and Germany advances to the final where Holland beats them by 2 goals.

So bet the draw tomorrow and if Germany advances put all the winnings on Netherlands -1 in the final.
