Spain will have most possession and defend better than anyone else Germany has met other than Serbia. But honestly I see a 2-1 game, Germany is too dangerous not to score at least 1 and Spain knows they have to compete with goals.

As if Spain's GAA isn't skewed. They haven't played but one team with an offensive pulse in Chile and Chile scored. Germany may be somewhat legit defensively, but England scored two [only one counted]. Argentina I think just got disorganized when Germany scored on them because they were used to being the team ahead. Spain is probably the most patient team in the tournament. Obviously their scoring hasn't been on par with what people expect, but Villa gets it done. I don't necessarily know if 3 will be scored, but I think 2 will be.

I see that as the problem. Too much love and people dont realise both D's are tight. Huge defensive lapses opened the flood gates for German against Aus, Eng and Arg early in games. Dont expect the same from Spain.

All comes down to whether a 1H goal is scored or not; if the score is 1-0 at half time and you get half decent odds on over 2, that's the play to make.

I like the over 2.5 as I agree that Germany scores 1 goal here for sure, and Spain will need to stop spending 90% of their possession time dicking around with passing that rarely leads to any genuine chances.
