Holding firm to my Uruguay +0.5/+1. Netherlands may tighten up as the 2nd half goes along if it stays tied. Uruguay is right where they want to be, pressure is all on the Dutch.

If you have big balls, you oughta take a unit each on both teams to win in PKs. It's +710 at my book. Of course it may never get there, but the odds will be about half that if it goes to extra time.
