Obviously I know zilch re. soccer, but what does this line mean?
Spread: -1/2,-1, -121. ML -165! Using Netherlands as an example.

ML is easy to understand. If Netherlands win in 90 min. (overtime not included ) you win the bet. If the draw or lose you lose the bet.
The -1/2 -1 spread divides your bet in two. The half of your stake will be placed on -1/2 handicap and the other half will be placed on -1. So if Netherlands win by 2 goals or more you win both of the bets. If they win by one the -1.2 bet wins and the -1 push. IF the draw or lose you lose both of them.
