He definitely gave both teams a shot to score..lol Spain complains quite a bit and surrounds the Ref consistently trying to goat him into cards and calls. The players need to decide this match, not the ref. But when Spain starts to panic you will see them start to surround the ref and complain like crazy. Watch for a Casilla's mistake before it's over.

Also the first PK was awarded to Paraguay. He might have missed a couple of calls (repeat Paraguay's PK, give Spain another PK) but in no way did he "help" either side win.
