Very good. I see the bookies will win again tomorrow,cause most of the people will be on Argentina. I'm not making that mistake again. I'm going with the Germans. $1000 ML straight up win, Argentina going home, the winner will be from Europe.

I have to stick with my team here. They have been playing some great futbol, and I have no reason not to back them. From the news i've heard here in Buenos Aires, the Germans have been talking a little trash, regarding their previous World Cup meeting in 2006. For anyone here who actually follows soccer, Germany is ranked 5th in the world before the world cup started, Argentina is ranked 6th in the world. This one is a complete tossup, flip a coin. Now that Brazil is gone, Spain should take the tourney easily.

Why? This argentina squad only get the overhyped because of Maradona. Messi is still not fully utilized even you hate to admit it. See how Forlan or Villa or Sneijder become the center of their team? Is the same thing happen to Messi? I dont think so.

Secondly, this German squad is exactly the similar squad with '02 and '06 squad. No one knows except one or two players. Now that Ballack is absent, people (included me) only know maybe Klose or Sweinstenger (spell wrongly) or recently Muller (we only remember him for goals against England, not all things he's done in Munich). But the same thing is still in this squad. Teamwork. Why they will advance again? Because they are Germans and they almost always do well in every World Cup.

I dont care if they will lose. I will happily lay my money for them, because I know they won't be outplay and if they lose, it will only by some bad lucks.
