I am confuse

Can someone please tell me whts pk+- 1/2 goal. i am assuming its like + or - 1 or 1 1/2 as in baseball. but what the point. if someone take + or - pk 1/2 they r assuming a draw right? so since assuming a draw why not take the draw bet which is paying 2or 3 time the +- pk1/2. can some1 explain what i am missing here.

Half your stake at pk, and half at -1/2. A tie would lose half the stake and push the other half. A win you win both. A loss you lose both.

If you bet 100 , 50 go to the PK and 50 to the -.5 so if they tie you lose half your bet
