Not only I think it's offside... but it was a foul as well. You not suppose to kick the ball once the goalie is catching it as in this case he was sliding on the ground catching the ball in his hands.

Won't matter to the English. They were completely outplayed by Argentina in 1986, far more than in this match. They had no chance. Then, with a 2-0 lead, Argentina sat back a little, to control the game as they did today against Mexico. The English scored a late goal to make it 2-1, and ever since then they've been going on about the 'hand of God'. They totally convinced themselves that they were eliminated because of it. Easily the most self-deluded soccer fans on the face of the earth. But I'm not complaining. Tournament after tournament, these kind people give plenty of value to blindly fading England to win it all.

Mexico and England screwed, hopefully it won't be in vain. Mexico would have kept the sheet 0 to 0 as the game would progress and England would have tied for what could have been an incredible 2nd half.
