Betting the elimination games.

As we head towards the knockout rounds the option of pk to advance allows us to escape the ML options. At the same time i think the AH bets gain more value as lots of teams will defend to hold out for the PK's and of course the 90 min result is whats important on the AH's. Does anyone have any different strategy to offer for the knockout stages?

In the KO stages, we're back to potentially low-scoring games, akin to those of the 1st round of games.
