This seems like a excellent wager. Japan are a low scoring team who play an excellent defensive game anyway (both their games have been 1-0 so far), but this game they can advance to the next round with a draw or better. I can see Japan playing really conservative and focusing on all out defense trying to force a 0-0 tie. Draw +220 might not be a bad wager either.
