Saw this for the Argentina/Greece game, what does this line mean:

Argentina: -½,-1 -123

If I bet Argentina, do I win if they win by 1 goal or more? Or does it push if they win by exactly one goal?

ok it mean if arg win by one goal u win half of the money ..if they win by 2 goal or more .. u win full money....and if Arg draw or loose u lost all your money

Easiest way to interpret it is half your stake goes on -0.5 and half your stake goes on -1.0
